Our mission

At LeeLee’s Pet Care, we provide a loving family home experience while you’re away. We strive for every pet to feel like part of the family and really enjoy their time spent away from home. I have been pet boarding in my home since 2020. I am a mom of three who runs dog daycare and pet boarding full time in my home so I am able to offer 24 hour care. I  have experience with senior dogs and medication administration. I service a wide area including but not limited to New Castle, Wilmington, Greenville, Hockessin, Newark, Maryland and even parts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey

While we do accept a number of pets at one time availability is limited. Leelee’s Pet Care can accommodate up to 5 Boarding Dogs and 5 Daycare Dogs Daily. Totaling 10 slots maximum.

 ALL BOOKINGS ARE PER CALENDAR DAY. YOU MUST BOOK FROM THE FIRST DAY TO THE LAST DAY. THERE IS NO 24HR OR NIGHTLY RATE YOU PAY PER DAY THAT YOUR PET IS IN THE BOARDING HOME. 

Following your pets initial interview and after securing your Boarding or Daycare slot, introductions between guest dogs will take place once everyone has had a chance to get settled in. Please inform us if your pet is unable to be around other pets in advance or has not had any prior socialization, that way we can be sure to accommodate your needs.


Our home is equipped with security cameras around the perimeter as well as cameras in the main guest areas for monitoring pets at all times.
While we don’t require pets to be crate trained we do have crates available for pets that are use to them. Please let us know if it’s alright for your pet to sleep with us or if you prefer them to be crated at night time.

    Cancellations and Credit Surcharge


    • Please note: there is a 3% credit surcharge. 
    • You may cancel your stay at anytime. Please note there is a 20$ cancellation fee. Stays cancelled within 24 hours of the start of your booking are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.  
    • All payments are due at the time of services being rendered. 
    • We accept payments in the form of cash, credit/debit card through our secure payment center, paypal and Zelle only.

    A meet and greet is a great way to know if it’s the right fit. Meet and greets are available by appointment. You can bring your fur baby and not only get to meet your sitter but also you can get a chance to discuss care needs, ask questions and see where they will be staying while your away. We look forward to meeting you and making sure you and your pet(s) are as comfortable as possible. 

    Our doggy daycare program typically runs from 8am to 6pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Tuesdays and Thursdays are reserved as non daycare days. 

    Boarding for one pet is 50$ per day. When booking please be sure to book for each day that your pet is going to be present in the boarding home. As of May 1st 2025, the additional pet rate is 30$ per day, bring the total daily price for two pets to 80$ a day. 3 Pets 120$ per day. 

    Absolutely! I have had clients book for as long as 1 to 2 months for out of country stays. For multiple day bookings you can add each day to the cart or you can call or text us directly to be added to the calendar and an invoice can be sent to your email for the dates you need care for. 

    You are more then welcome to pack anything that you feel will make your pets stay most enjoyable however, we have plenty of extra toys, bowls, beds, blankets, treats and everything is cleaned and disinfected prior to each pets arrival. 

    You can book your pets care on our booking page. You can book multiple services at one time by adding each day or service prior to checking out. Payments are due at the time of booking. 

    The short answer is Yes! I am here for you when you need me! I am known to be VERY reliable! However, booking in advance is always welcome and appreciated. 

    We try to accommodate the needs of all of our clients. In order to provide a safe and smooth drop off and pick up experience for our pet friends we ask that you communicate your preferred time for drop off and pick up ahead of time. While we do understand that unexpected delays can occur communication is key to keeping all our pet friends and pet parents safe and happy.

    We offer a 10% discount for recurring bookings that have a recurring invoice set up, as well as the additional pet rate discount. Please see our pricing page on our website for more information.

    We do strive to update customers as much as possible. You can expect to receive at least two written updates daily as well as plenty of pictures and videos of your fur babies having the best time! If you are traveling overseas we have WhatsApp and Instagram as well as iMessage avaliable. 

    The beauty of booking with LeeLee’s Pet Care is that your pet can go out as often as needed as this is my full time occupation and I have potty trained many puppies! 

    While we do like to keep our numbers in the single digits we have a large split level home with a nice big yard that is able to host quite a few doggy’s as long as they are socialized and introduced correctly. We strive to make every stay a safe and fun experience for your pet! 

    As of January 1st 2025, we accept secure payments through our payment center, Zelle, and cash only. Payment for services must be received at the time of services being rendered. 

    For Daycare: All clients are now required to book services using our booking page. Payments are due to at the time of scheduling. Daycare days are non refundable but can be rescheduled and credited to your next daycare day.
    For Boarding: You have the option to book your days through our booking page, or you can be sent an invoice that is due prior to the beginning of your service. Leelee‘s Pet Care will no longer provide services without payment. Payment is due at the time of services being scheduled or rendered.
